Job description: Our client, one of the well established international Bank in the UAE is currently searching for a highly reliable Senior Relationship Manager to join the Corporate Banking Division, located in Abu Dhabi, UAE.Please note as it is an international bank, they do not follow Sharia law.The Role:– Conduct market research and ensure adherence to credit and marketing policies
– Develop product design proposals and manage assigned products
– Arrange and conduct meetings with current and potential clients; build and maintain strong client relationships; provide initial solutions for assigned products
– Serve as the primary client contact, offering advice, and addressing any complaints.
– Prepare annual credit rating and limit assessment reports
– Perform initial technical reviews of agreements, documents, and legal texts
– Manage debt recovery if necessary
– Oversee post-sales activities, including filing, covenant checks, and credit reviews
– Support other departments in investment banking tasksClient Requirements:-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
-At least 3 years of experience in Corporate Banking, financial institutions, relationship management, or similar roles
-Strong business acumen with an extensive network to drive business growth
-Proven success in managing client relationships and meeting business targets
-Deep knowledge of financial products, credit risk assessment, and regulatory requirements
-Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic
-Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build client rapport
-Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to business opportunities
