Job description: – Assist the Decarbonization Manager in developing and implementing the company’s decarbonization strategy and roadmap.
– Conduct research and analysis to identify and evaluate opportunities for reducing greenhouse gas emissions across the value chain and within the operation.
– Calculate the Scope 1, 2 and 3 of the organization, for both forecast and actuals, and be the auditee in charge for the external party assurance for these KPIs.
– Support the monitoring and management of the company’s carbon footprint and performance indicators.
– Conduct Carbon Footprint and LCA reports as they are required.
– Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate and implement carbon management projects and initiatives.
– Provide technical support and expertise on carbon management best practices and emerging technologies.
– Assist in the preparation and communication of carbon management reports and presentations for senior management and external audiences.
– Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations, standards, and industry developments in carbon management.
– Assist in setting KPIs and performance targets related to carbon management and reduction efforts, and conduct their monitoring in all levels of the organization.
– Monitor and track progress towards decarbonization goals, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
– Provide technical expertise and guidance on the implementation of carbon reduction technologies and best practices.
– Assist in preparing reports and presentations for senior management and external stakeholders on decarbonization initiatives and progress.
– Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and regulations related to carbon management and sustainability, and provide recommendations for their integration into the company’s decarbonization strategy.Requirements: Key Responsibilities:
