Job description: Job Description:Core Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for prospective and existing students, answering enquiries and dealing with queries
  • Manage and maintain student files, ensuring that all relevant statutory documentation is contained therein and that such files are kept in excellent order to meet the demands of internal and external inspection
  • Update all students information regularly
  • Keep the Academy Management System up-to-date at all times
  • Communicate with Sponsoring companies / Parents with regards to students course fees.
  • Coordinate social activities for students
  • Keep the academy’s social media platforms up-to-date
  • Answer the phone in a professional and helpful manner. Transfer calls efficiently to the appropriate recipient, and take messages as accurately as possible
  • Carry out other appropriate duties, as requested by Head of Student Services or Director Academics and Student Affairs
  • Establish and maintain effective and efficient student service processes enabling appropriate and timely services to students.
  • Monitor the students Attendance System and provide the reports if required. Alerting the Academy Management with regards to the risk of students attendance in a timely manner
  • Arrange the Induction / Orientation for the new students
  • Issue letters for students as per their requests
  • Communicate professionally both verbally and in writing
  • Present the Academy in the best light and ensure that all departmental activities comply with standards laid down by the Academy and relevant outside agencies and organizations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree or Equivalent
  • Appropriate experience.
