Job description: Provide guidelines and directions to all assets on potential areas for optimum production considering surface and subsurface application. Provides workflows, methodologies and procedures for continuous production optimization on naturally following and artificially lifted wells. Provide technical support, advisory and training to asset staff. Act as the technical authority on all opportunities identified for production optimization.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
– Implement surveillance standards for continuous optimization under manual and remote monitoring systems in the assets.
– Support assets in determining opportunities for production for surface-subsurface integration and flow assurance.
– Identify production optimization challenges across all assets and required strategic technologies
– Captures production optimization related lessons learned and best practices and ensures they are communicated across all assets.
– Participate and evaluate new technologies, tools or techniques and decide on their suitability.Requirements: QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualification
– Bachelor Degree in EngineeringMinimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills
