Job description: Job Description:Job Title: Specialist – Real Estate TransactionDepartment/Division: Real Estate Registration / Real Property DivisionAuthority: Registration AuthorityJob SummaryThe Real Estate Transaction Specialist is responsible for the executing of the Real Property Transactions process for all properties under ADGM jurisdiction. This includes ensuring that all Real Property Transactions documents are accurate and complete, that the Real Property Transactions processes is efficient and effective. Additionally, The Real Property Transactions Specialist will be the first line support for applicants, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and support in timely and accurate support. The responsibilities also include ensuring that ADGM information is kept confidential, secure, and accessible. The Real Property Transactions specialist will ensure the seamless functioning of Real Property Transactions Section while fostering compliance and delivering customer support.Operations responsibilities:

  • Review Real Property Transactions (inc. Transfer of interest, Buy and Sell, Off plan sales, mortgage registrations, etc), applications/and forms for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with all the requirements before registration.
  • Execute end-to-end Real Property Transactions, ensuring proper documentation and timely submission.
  • Review, certify, and submit for approvals the Real Property Transactions documents.
  • Maintain a well-organized Real Property Transactions record database containing essential real property transactions details, parties involved, and critical dates.
  • Approve transaction as per assigned DOA.
  • Review application submissions, update records, and submit for approvals to reflect any information amendments, or modifications, writs, etc.
  • Collaborate with property owners to collect information and resolve queries.
  • Cultivate positive relationships to ensure a seamless real property transaction process.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries, complaints, and concerns from the clients regarding Real Property Transactions.
  • Exhibit professionalism and effective problem-solving in addressing issues.
  • Generate periodic reports on real property transactions status and areas for potential improvement.
  • Contribute valuable data for informed decision-making.
  • Generate regular reports on lease registration metrics, performance, and potential areas for improvement.
  • Understand, adopt, adhere and practice responsibilities or controls as per ADGM Information Security policy and as per best practices explained in the induction and awareness sessions.
  • Confidentiality, Integrity and availability of the ADGM Information shall be maintained at all times i.e. within as well as outside ADGM.
  • Complete in timely manner any other tasks and duties assigned.

Information Security related

  • Understand, adopt, adhere and practice responsibilities or controls as per ADGM Information Security policy and as per best practices explained in the induction and awareness sessions.
  • Confidentiality, Integrity and availability of the ADGM Information shall be maintained at all times i.e. within as well as outside ADGM.

Work ExperienceBachelors degree in relevant subject with 8+ years of relevant experience
