Job description: Our global client based in Loveland CO , requires a Sr Mgr, SAP Functional Lead, with Procure to Pay expertise to be their Functional Team Lead.Type: PERM
Location: Loveland CO ( Relocation $$ can be available for the right resource)

• MUST be able to travel back and forth between US and CAN
• US citizen / Green Card – H1B will be considered for that perfect candidate

What you will bring:

• Minimum 10 years practical experience in SAP functional solution design and delivery
• Minimum 3 years in a senior lead role either directly or indirectly leading a team of SAP professionals
• Hands on functional experience working in the following SAP applications/modules: S/4HANA, MM, IM
• Proven leader that can build and lead a high performing team
• Proven track record of successful SAP implementations as a Lead Solution Architect
• History of designing complex SAP solutions to enable unique business processes
• Proven ability of SAP delivery planning, including milestone planning, resource assignment, and securing budget
• Experience in SAP development estimation and best practices in solution delivery
• Strategic and flexible thinker who can implement timely and workable solutions in a developing and dynamic environment
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, including strong presentation skills with experience presenting and fielding questions from senior leaders
• Ability to interact with all levels of business stakeholders, from executive to field staff
• Willingness to learn, teach, and share information with teammates, peers, management, and users
• Outcome driven
• Undergraduate degree or diploma from a recognized university or technical school in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or related equivalent

What you will do:

• Grow and lead a high performing team of functional analysts and architects that will be responsible for designing and implementing SAP solutions to support the Solutions Procure to Pay business function
• Work with senior business leaders to facilitate the business strategy with technology by developing a deep understanding of strategy, process, and business needs
• Develop SAP roadmaps, strategy, and budgets to ensure alignment with business goals
• Responsible for working with, and providing direction to, 3rd party providers to ensure SAP solutions meet business requirements, follow SAP best practice, and enrich the user experience
• May be responsible for hands-on architecting and designing SAP solutions to meet specific business requirements and ensuring integrity of design through to implementation
• Determine the optimal approach to develop and deliver required functionality from financial, architectural, operational perspectives
• Ensure integrity of all solutions in the Procure to Pay space through appropriate testing and quality assurance practices
• Assist with the prioritization of demand items in the P2P space
• Accountable for optimized SAP solution delivery, both planning and execution
• Recruit, develop, and mentor team members
