Job description: MAIN TASKS
- Actively seeking out for new project opportunities through networking, digital platforms, and cold callings
- Conduct project market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer inquires
- Setting up meetings with potential clients, listening and understanding their needs
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key stakeholders
- Negotiate / close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Deliver physical technical trainings on project sites, support construction teams onsite
- Ensure flowless delivery of the materials on site and high level of customer satisfaction
- Create daily reports on CRM and constantly update project funnel and business accounts
- Prepare reviews and presentations with sales and financial data
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or events
MISSION OF FUNCTIONA Technical Sales Consultant is responsible to achieve sales objectives in terms of values and profitability across but not limited to UAE; implement agreed distribution strategy, identify business opportunities in his area of responsibility and cooperate with other departments to further grow our project business.EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role (5 years working in GCC)
- Fluent in English, Arabic knowledge will be added value
- High School degree, preferably own a Bachelor of Engineering or Business
- Excellent knowledge of MS office
- Hands on experience with CRM software is a plus
- Valid UAE driving license
- Thorough understanding of selling and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passioned for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
