Job description: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent for operations in the assigned regions, focusing on bulk hiring and mobilization.
Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, recruitment agencies, and networking events, to identify qualified candidates.
Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, vendors, and other external partners to support sourcing efforts and expand talent pipelines.
Collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand manpower requirements, define job specifications, and prioritize recruitment needs.
Conduct screening interviews, assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization. Experience 2 – 4 Years
