Such an exciting opportunity for an experienced, on trend Head of F&B or DOO to join this fantastic Hospitality Group with venues in the Gulf region & Africa!
Role Requirements:
- Possess at least 15+++ years of relevant Senior Management experience in the large scale, fast paced Restaurants groups or Hospitality companies
- International experience – multi-country and multi-brand experience preferred
- Ideal to have experience of having worked or covered the Gulf region previously (recently)
- Proven track record in operational and leadership capability
- Strong team player and strategic leader
- Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and is a driver of change
- Have an energetic personality, couple with strong interpersonal and communication skills to
work well with all level of staff
- Have strong awareness of the competitive F&B environment globally
- Self-motivated, ‘hands-on’ and possess a strong desire to grow
- Prior experience in project management of new outlets opening, business partnerships and
sponsorships would be highly advantageous
- Flexible and able to travel as required
Salary Package Offered: Negotiable for the right individual
