Job Type: Full TimeWhat You’ll Do
- Lead annual stock counts and monthly physical inventory activities with precision and timely reporting.
- Coordinate daily bin correction and reconciliation processes to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Oversee transactions in SAP/WMS, including SNP, SRNP, GIT, SLOC, GRN, and STO.
- Monitor aged stock and open transactions, ensuring compliance with timelines.
- Validate stock movements, track vendor stock, and resolve discrepancies effectively.
- Maintain audit-ready records for stock adjustments, shrinkage recovery, and inventory operations.
- Supervise and mentor the inventory team, providing training on SAP/WMS and operational SOPs.
- Collaborate with IT/SAP teams to resolve system issues and improve automation.
- Drive operational excellence through continuous process improvement and dashboard reporting.
Ideal Profile
- 2-3 years of experience in inventory management within retail and warehouse environments.
- Proficiency in SAP (IM/MM), WMS, and advanced Excel reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; certifications in Retail Management advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills, leadership ability, and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
