Job Type: Full TimePosition OverviewAs the Assistant Store Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, ensure operational compliance, and lead a team that delivers exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for daily store operations in the Store Manager’s absence, helping to ensure seamless business continuity and a customer-first approach.What You’ll Do
- Lead and motivate the store team to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly, escalating when necessary
- Monitor and drive KPI achievement through proactive floor leadership and coaching
- Coordinate brand promotions, visual merchandising, and marketing campaigns with relevant support teams
- Manage store operations and workforce scheduling, especially during the Store Manager’s absence
- Enforce stock control measures, manage inventory processes, and support company compliance initiatives
- Liaise with internal audit and compliance teams for stocktaking, policy updates, and operational improvements
Ideal Profile
- Diploma or High School Certificate required; retail-specific qualifications are a plus
- 4-5 years of proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role
- Strong command of English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage performance, and drive store success
- Energetic, team-oriented, and capable of handling fast-paced retail environments
