This fulfilling role involves delivering high-quality, patient-centered nursing care directly in patients’ homes, while also offering emotional support and health education to improve the overall well-being of those under care.Key Responsibilities
- Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive health evaluations and develop tailored care plans.
- Medication Administration: Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient response.
- Vital Sign Monitoring: Record and observe vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
- Wound Care: Perform wound dressing and monitor healing progress.
- Patient & Family Education: Guide patients and their families on care routines, health management, and equipment usage.
- Documentation: Accurately document care, treatments, and observations in patient records.
- Emotional Support: Provide compassionate support and counseling to patients and families.
- Collaboration: Work closely with doctors, therapists, and multidisciplinary care teams to ensure cohesive patient care.
Requirements
- Education: Must hold a valid Nursing qualification/license.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a home care or similar nursing role.
- Nationality: Filipino (as per client preference).
- Communication: Basic English communication skills required.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills preferred.
- Visa: Employment visa provided.
- Work Hours: 12 hours/day.
- Leave: 8 days off per month.
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.

- Salary: AED 4,000 to AED 5,000.

- Additional Details:
- Nurse required for a family, primarily caring for a 69-year-old mobile lady.
- Responsibilities include assistance with meals, medications, and general health support.
- Work schedule includes night shifts from 9 PM to 2 AM, with one day off per week.
- Age preference: 26 – 35 years.
- 4–5 years of experience preferred.
Expected salary: 4000 – 5000 per month
