- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts in the oil & gas sector.
- Interpret contract changes and amendments proposed by clients, highlighting risks and proposing countermeasures.
- Liaise with and engage external legal firms where required, ensuring cost-effective and quality legal support.
- Advise management on contractual obligations, regulatory compliance, and potential legal risks.
Expected salary: 20000 per month
