- Deliver and collect guest luggage promptly and handle all items with care and accuracy
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure, assisting with loading and unloading vehicles
- Ensure smooth guest transfers and coordinate with transportation services when required
- Deliver messages, newspapers, and amenities to guest rooms efficiently and courteously
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the lobby, driveway, and guest areas
- Assist the concierge team with guest inquiries, directions, and transportation arrangements
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost items immediately to the supervisor
- Uphold brand standards and provide service excellence in line with Six Senses hospitality values
- Adhere to LQA and health and safety standards in all guest interactions and operations
Ideal Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in hospitality is preferred
- Minimum one year of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and polished demeanor
- Proficient in basic computer applications including Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with hotel systems such as POS, PMS, or CRM is an advantage
- Fluent in English; additional languages are beneficial
- Physically fit and capable of handling luggage and other guest items safely
