- Proven experience (8+ years) in a technical support role, preferably in Server and Storage technology.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to details.
- Relevant certification MCSA, MCSD, MCSE, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
- Strong knowledge of VxRAIL HCI (hyperconverged infra) from DELL and Huawei storage
- DELL PowerProtect DataManager
- Operating systems: Microsoft Windows, Linux (CentOS, Rocky, SUSE etc)
- Others: LDAP, TCP/IP, NFS, SAN and Direct Attached Storage, High Performance
- Microsoft software products: (LDAP, Active Directory, IIS, DFS, TCP/IP, NFS, SAN and Direct Attached Storage, High Performance Networking).
Expected salary: 10200 – 13900 per month
