Employment Type: Full-timeJob Summary:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Expeditor to ensure the timely delivery of materials, equipment, and documentation for ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating with suppliers, logistics teams, and project stakeholdersโpreferably in the Oil & Gas sector.Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-time delivery of materials, equipment, and documentation.
- Monitor and track the progress of purchase orders and shipments to meet project timelines.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, warehouse, and project teams to resolve delivery issues.
- Prepare and maintain expediting reports, delivery status updates, and delay notifications.
- Ensure proper documentation, such as delivery notes, packing lists, and invoices, are received and validated.
- Identify potential risks in the supply chain and propose corrective actions.
- Attend internal and supplier meetings to follow up on material readiness and logistics planning.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in expediting/supply chain/logistics, preferably in the Oil & Gas or EPC industry.
- Strong knowledge of procurement and logistics documentation.
- Good communication and negotiation skills to follow up with vendors and resolve delays.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
Expected salary: 4000 – 5000 per month
