- Prepare service areas and attend daily briefings on menu updates, promotions, and operational requirements
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the restaurant’s food and beverage offerings to make recommendations to guests
- Ensure fast, accurate, and courteous service for both buffet and a la carte operations
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in all work areas and service stations
- Collaborate with kitchen and supporting departments to ensure timely service delivery
- Build positive relationships with guests, providing personalized and attentive service
- Monitor resource use and support cost-saving initiatives across food, beverage, and supplies
- Participate in required training programs to uphold brand and service quality standards
Ideal Profile
- At least one year of experience in a similar role in a hotel or restaurant environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English
- Outgoing and approachable personality with a focus on guest satisfaction
