The ideal candidate will be an experienced educator, fluent in Arabic with strong English communication skills, and ADEK-qualified.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the Mathematics department to ensure high-quality teaching and learning.Design and implement effective curriculum plans and assessment strategies.Mentor and support subject teachers in instructional delivery and professional development.Monitor student progress and provide targeted academic support where needed.Collaborate with school leadership to maintain ADEK compliance and academic excellence.Organize regular departmental meetings and contribute to school-wide initiatives.Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in teaching practices.RequirementsArabic speaker with strong English communication skills (spoken & written)ADEK-approved teaching qualification is mandatoryBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mathematics or related fieldProven experience as a Maths teacher(HOD) with leadership or coordination experienceStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire both students and staffOpen to any genderWhat We OfferCompetitive salary: AED 5,000 per monthSupportive work environment within a respected institutionOpportunity for professional growth through a reputable recruitment consultancyNationality:Arab NationalGender: AnyHow to ApplyIf you meet the criteria and are passionate about leading educational excellence in the UAE, we would love to hear from you.Email your CV to:WhatsApp: +971 50 972 1971
