Job description: Job Description:We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Head of Department (HOD) for Physics who is a native English speaker to join one of the top schools in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of relevant work experience in the education industry and possess exceptional leadership and communication skills. As the HOD for Physics, you will be responsible for overseeing the curriculum development, managing the department, and ensuring the highest standards of teaching and learning are maintained.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the Physics curriculum
- Lead and manage the Physics department
- Provide guidance and support to Physics teachers
- Monitor and evaluate the academic progress of students
- Foster a positive and engaging learning environment
RequirementsRequirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Physics or related field
- Teaching qualification such as a Diploma in Education ,PGCE, QTS or an active teaching license
- Minimum of three yearsโ teaching experience in an American or British curriculum.
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Native English speaker
