- Coordinate all aspects of charter trips, including itinerary planning, provisioning, and guest logistics.
- Oversee yacht readiness, including fueling, provisioning, cleaning, and setup before charters.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing support for all crew members.
- Oversee preventative maintenance schedules and emergency repairs.
Expected salary: 20000 per month
