The ideal candidate will be an Arabic-speaking female educator with a strong command of English, committed to fostering a supportive and challenging learning environment.Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards for middle and high school students.

• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth.

• Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.

• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to enhance the educational experience and address student needs.

• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices.

• Utilize technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance learning outcomes.

• Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in the Bachelor of Arabic language literature.

• 4-5 years of teaching experience in a middle or high school setting.

• Proficiency in English and Arabic, with excellent communication skills in both languages.

• Female candidates preferred, in alignment with school policy.

• Strong organizational and classroom management skills.

• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs.
