In this key role, you will oversee civil construction activities, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards and aligns with the project specifications. • Supervise and coordinate all civil construction activities at the royal palace site.
• Review and approve project plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Monitor work progress and provide guidance to subcontractors and construction teams.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and labor hours.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Ensure that all work performed meets the aesthetic and functional requirements of the royal palace.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil supervision with marble polishing experience on-site installation and finishing of marble elements in construction projects.
• Strong understanding of civil construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Must have UAE driving license

Benefits:Salary: AED 4500 plus sharing accommodation, food, and other benefits as per UAE Labor Law.

Expected salary: 4500 per month
