Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) is hiring a Licensing Transactions Auditor to ensure compliance with all regulations and standards across licensing transactions. This role involves auditing, monitoring, and verifying the accuracy of transactions at service provider centers, driving institutes, and customer happiness centers, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to RTA legislation.Employment Overview

Job Type: Full-timeWhat You’ll Do

• Audit and review licensing transactions to ensure compliance with RTA laws, circulars, and procedures
• Release violations against service provider centers and inspection facilities for non-compliance
• Monitor transactions in real time through traffic and enforcement systems, including MES and CIS platforms
• Conduct regular inspections of service providers, driving institutes, and customer service centers to ensure operational compliance
• Verify accuracy of data, attachments, and digital signatures in completed transactions
• Prepare and submit detailed reports on violations, discrepancies, and corrective actions required
• Coordinate with internal departments to address violations and implement remedial measures
• Maintain strict confidentiality of transaction data and licensing activities
• Continuously update audit records and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance improvements
• Perform other duties as assigned by the department

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or Applied Science with 0-2 years of experience
• Diploma holders require 5+ years of experience in a relevant field
• Strong understanding of auditing principles, compliance, and licensing procedures
• Knowledge of traffic systems and enforcement tools is an advantage
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work within cross-functional teams
