• Deliver professional spa services including massage, body scrubs, wraps, and facial treatments
• Consult with guests to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments
• Ensure spa rooms are well-prepared, sanitized, and stocked with products and equipment
• Stay informed about current spa trends and maintain product knowledge
• Promote spa offerings and retail items to enhance the guest experience
• Uphold strict hygiene and safety standards in all aspects of spa operations
• Build trust and repeat business through personalized, caring guest service
• Protect guest confidentiality and ensure a peaceful spa environment at all times

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma or certificate in Massage Therapy, Aesthetics, or related field
• Additional certification in aromatherapy, reflexology, hydrotherapy, or specialty spa techniques preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel or spa environment
• Skilled in a range of massage and body treatment techniques
• Warm, welcoming demeanor with excellent interpersonal communication
• Flexible schedule including availability on weekends and holidays
• Committed to guest care and continuous professional development
