- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with vendors, and suppliers.
- Assist with corporate governance, including preparing board materials and shareholder communications.
- Conduct legal research on various topics, including food safety, labor laws, and franchise regulations.
- Designs and drives the implementation of the appropriate framework to ensure that legal risks are identified and effectively managed throughout the company
Expected salary: 20000 per month
