Job Description

• After successful 2024, looking for IT Sales Engineers to join the team.
• Provide customer support related to sales requests, offering technical explanations and assistance with sales solutions as required.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to existing and potential customers, clearly explaining product or service offerings.
• Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their concerns are handled promptly and effectively.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products and services.

Key Candidate Criteria

• Ideally 2-3 years of experience in IT Sales preferable within the UAE market.
• Strong understanding of ELV systems such as CCTV, access control systems, audio-visual systems, networking, and IT security.
• Experience in system design, cost estimation, and preparation of technical proposals or presales activities.
• Knowledge of using Excel, Word, and outlook.
• Can speak fluent English and Hindi.
