Job Description:

  • The Complaints Department is responsible for all activities and processes related to the complaint life cycle:
  • Preparing the integrated complaints mechanism and its governance within the Authority and outside.
  • Receiving, sorting, classifying and processing all calls according to the procedures and evidence approved by the Authority.
  • Receiving individual complaints presented to the Authority, sorting and classifying them and treated according to the procedures and evidence approved by the Authority
  • Receiving individual proposals and submitting them to the organizational unit concerned with studying proposals to address them.
  • Preparing a database and a detailed record of complaints and analysing them and develop corrective and preventive measures.
  • Providing supporting data for preparing bulletins and publications and reports issued by the Commission related to human rights.
  • Participate in proposing initiatives and projects to enhance topics related to human rights.
  • Preparing periodic reports and supporting data for the Authorityโ€™s annual report.

Expected salary: 19425 – 20615 per month
