- Provide legal counsel on commercial, regulatory, corporate governance, and employment matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents including contracts, NDAs, and service agreements.
- Identify legal risks and recommend proactive mitigation strategies.
- Support litigation and dispute resolution activities, including coordination with external counsel.
- Ensure compliance with UAE laws and financial regulatory frameworks.
- Assist with regulatory filings and liaison with government authorities.
- Maintain legal records, statutory registers, and ensure adherence to governance standards.
- Advise on data privacy, intellectual property, and licensing issues.
- Mentor junior legal staff and contribute to continuous legal knowledge within the organization.
Expected salary: 56000 – 65000 per year
