Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives.
- Manage daily schedules, calendars, meetings, and appointments.
- Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
- Assist in planning and organizing company events and meetings.
Requirements:
- Min 8 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
