Job Requirements
- High School diploma (mandatory)
- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, preferably in the banking sector
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
- Knowledge of banking products and customer service protocols
- Ability to handle pressure, work in shifts, and maintain accuracy
- Good listening, documentation, and phone-handling skills
- High attention to detail and a positive, team-focused attitude
