This role is crucial in shaping the academic and personal development of students in middle and high school. The ideal candidate will be an Arabic-speaking female educator with a strong command of English, committed to fostering a supportive and challenging learning environment.Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards for middle and high school students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth.
- Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to enhance the educational experience and address student needs.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices.
- Utilize technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance learning outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in the Bachelor of Arabic language literature.
- 4-5 years of teaching experience in a middle or high school setting.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
- Female candidates preferred, in alignment with school policy.
- Strong organizational and classroom management skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs.
