As Assistant Manager – WFM, you will be responsible for overseeing third-party staffing pipelines, coordinating with internal and vendor teams to manage onboarding, performance data, and resource forecasts. The role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of WFM tools, and the ability to collaborate across HR, Procurement, PMO, and Finance to optimize staffing decisions for ongoing and future tech and digital projects.What You’ll Do
- Coordinate hiring and onboarding of contractual tech resources in partnership with delivery teams and vendors
- Develop and maintain resource forecasting models aligned with project delivery timelines
- Generate regular dashboards and reports on workforce metrics, capacity, and planning
- Conduct root cause analysis on staffing issues and support continuous process improvement
- Monitor performance indicators such as utilization, adherence, and productivity
- Maintain recruitment dashboards, track KPIs, and keep updated on market salary benchmarks
- Actively contribute to workforce planning forums and audit readiness initiatives
- Support leadership with timely updates and insights to inform strategic resource decisions
Ideal Profile
- 5-7 years of experience in workforce planning, staffing, or recruitment operations
- Background in tech, HR, or regulated industries such as banking or telecom is preferred
- Strong proficiency in Excel, WFM tools (e.g., Oracle HRMS), and analytics dashboards
- Sound understanding of project lifecycle management, agile frameworks, and staffing compliance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- University degree or equivalent experience
- Certifications in ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2, COBIT, or Agile methodologies are an advantage
