- Develop and implement integrated communication strategies to build brand equity and preference
- Manage advertising, promotions, and brand communication activities across territories
- Collaborate with brand principals and internal teams to align on brand-building objectives
- Plan and execute brand/store promotions, seasonal campaigns, and events to drive sales and footfall
- Ensure consistency of brand image across POS materials, outdoor media, and in-store displays
- Negotiate with media groups, vendors, and printers to secure competitive rates and effective placements
- Prepare annual marketing budgets and calendars, track utilization, and report on ROI
- Conduct periodic market research to analyze customer behavior, campaign effectiveness, and competitive trends
- Manage PR activities, coordinate with editors, and represent the brand at industry events
- Support loyalty programs and cross-promotional initiatives to strengthen customer engagement
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in retail brand marketing, preferably within fashion or lifestyle sectors
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, integrated communications, and customer engagement strategies
- Excellent negotiation, planning, and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing tools and analytics platforms
- Creative thinker with strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a multicultural, fast-paced retail environment
