The business is committed to driving digital innovation to deliver excellence in customer service.In this role, your key responsibilities include:
- Customer Support: Act as the first point of contact for customers in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) and provide consistent and accurate product information and service in order to proactively resolve customer issues/complaints to the required standards
- Audit and Compliance: Perform the required care and diligence in day to day conduct to protect the Bank from financial and non-financial loss and ensure that the Bank’s policies and guidelines are
- consistently followed, to ensure best practice is shared and promoted
- Reporting and Management Information Systems (MIS): Provide standardized and ad hoc reporting services to business units as per Service Level Agreements (SLAs), liaising with and reporting on all activity inconsistencies with the line manager to ensure that they are rectified in a timely manner
- Policies, Processes, Systems and Procedures: Adhere to all relevant organizational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders
- Self-Management: Manage self in line with the Bank’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximize own contribution to business performance
- Customer Service: Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the Bank’s required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions
The ideal candidate should have the following experience
- At least 3 years of experience in similar role
- High School Degree in related subject
- Working knowledge of Word and Excel Communication
- Bi-lingual (English and Arabic) Customer service oriented
- Self-motivated and ability to multi task
