- Identify and secure new business opportunities for smart home and ELV solutions in residential and commercial markets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with homeowners, consultants, and contractors
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and assist in deal closure
- Coordinate projects from inception to completion, ensuring installation timelines and quality standards are met
- Manage site visits, technical readiness checks, and liaise with contractors and technical teams
- Support presales activities by collaborating with engineers to design customized solutions
- Maintain accurate documentation, update CRM systems, and generate performance reports
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and market trends to maintain a competitive edge
Ideal Profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience in business development, project coordination, or technical support in smart home, ELV, or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics preferred)
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of smart home technologies and installation processes
- Valid UAE driving license and personal vehicle for site visits (mandatory)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
