- Prepare weekly, monthly, and Ad-hoc reports and presentations as required by Management.
- Scrutinizing all leave applications prior to dispatch to Head Office for approvals
- Allocate employees for deployment at Client sites
- Ensure the Deployment nos are met with as per Client requirements
- Prepare & submit Daily Deployment & Idle report. Provide support for all HC related issues
- Update all approved timesheets in HRMS
- Collect all Salary grievances & then send them to Payroll for resolution
- Follow up with Payroll team for closure
- Compliant to Co. HSEQ policies & procedures.
- Assist in the development, implementation and supervision of a diversified camp program in cooperation with the Program Supervisor.
- Prepare staff schedule, ensure appropriate staff coverage during arrival and departure of campers. Maintain and oversee accurate administrative, attendance, and medical records for camp.
Salary AED 4000-4500 + FAT + Standard benefits as per UAE law
Expected salary: 4000 – 4500 per month
