- Coordinate periodic risk assessments across business units
- Track and report progress on mitigation measures and corrective actions
- Develop and maintain compliance dashboards and key indicator reports for senior management
- Support rollout of policy and compliance training across the organization
- Maintain a centralized tracker for monitoring progress of remediation activities
- Validate corrective actions in line with applicable governance and oversight standards
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or related discipline
- 4-7 years of experience in compliance, governance, or oversight roles within financial services
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and risk management practices
- Experience in preparing compliance reports, dashboards, and MIS
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Proactive, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities
