The Director of Marketing Communications in luxury hospitality at Six Senses The Palm, Dubai will oversee the Marcom department, ensuring delivery of exceptional services that align with global brand standards. The role focuses on driving strategic publicity, promotion and community engagement to enhance brand visibility in the UAE market while safeguarding the brand’s core values.What You’ll Do

  • Develop and manage the public relations budget in coordination with the Director of Sales and Marketing
  • Create and execute innovative PR and publicity campaigns to boost revenue, online reach and brand awareness
  • Ensure all promotions reflect Six Senses’ luxury brand image and maintain high content quality
  • Lead crisis communications and serve as the official spokesperson during emergencies
  • Build and maintain relationships with media to secure positive coverage
  • Monitor public sentiment and provide guidance to management on brand impact
  • Oversee social media campaigns to maximize engagement with targeted audiences
  • Coordinate with head office and sister properties on joint marketing opportunities
  • Maintain and update website content for accuracy, SEO optimization and brand consistency
  • Produce brand-compliant press releases, media kits and PR materials
  • Organize high-profile events, F and B promotions and wellness initiatives to attract media and guests
  • Maintain a high-quality digital image archive of property and team
  • Align communications strategies with revenue goals and marketing plans
  • Promote cost efficiency through training and budget management

Ideal Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Journalism or Communications
  • Minimum 5 years’ marketing and communications experience in luxury hotels, travel or luxury goods
  • Proven success in luxury brand public relations and media engagement
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
  • Previous work experience in Dubai preferred
