Job description: Overview:First time parents living in Al Ain, UAE are seeking a wonderful, experienced nanny to care for their newborn son, who is currently 3-weeks-old. The position is to start ideally at the end of August, and by the middle of September at the latest. This is a fully staffed household, so the baby will be the sole responsibility for the nanny. The schedule is to be determined but will typically be a 6-day week, with 12-hour days. The nanny will be provided with their own accommodation within the complex of the family’s home.Responsibilities:
- All aspects of care for the baby, including managing sleep, feeding, and hygiene routines
- Able to advise the chef on meals and weaning when required
- Tidying and organizing the baby’s spaces and belongings
- Working as a team with the parents
- Planning and executing age-appropriate activities and outings
- Creating an engaging environment and providing developmentally appropriate enrichment daily
- Travel with the family when required
Qualifications:
- Desire for a long-term position
- Be able to offer advise and support to first time parents
- Previous experience working in the Middle East would be a bonus
Requirements:
- Written and spoken English must be perfect.
- Kind, sensitive, and caring
- Excellent references from prior families
- Start date by the end of August or the middle of September at the latest
- Up to date CPR and First Aid certification
- The nanny should be flexible and able to accommodate any changes to the schedule
Salary and Benefits:
- 25,000 AED per month
- Visa will be provided
