The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality English instruction while also managing homeroom responsibilities to support students’ academic, social, and emotional development. This dual role requires strong communication skills, adaptability, and a passion for fostering a positive and engaging classroom environment.Key ResponsibilitiesEnglish Instruction:Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English language lessons aligned with ADEK standards, covering reading, writing, speaking, listening, and grammar.Employ interactive teaching techniques, including group discussions, creative writing exercises, multimedia resources, and real-life contexts.Homeroom Duties:Serve as the primary point of contact and mentor for students in the assigned homeroom.Monitor daily attendance, punctuality, and overall student well-being.Guide students in personal development, social responsibility, and adherence to school values.Assessment & Evaluation:Conduct regular assessments (assignments, quizzes, projects, exams) to track student progress.Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents.Student Support:Identify and address individual learning needs, providing tailored support to help students achieve their potential.Promote inclusive practices that respect diverse backgrounds and learning styles.Classroom Management:Maintain a safe, respectful, and stimulating classroom environment that supports both academic and personal growth.Parent Communication:Actively communicate with parents regarding student performance, behavior, and personal development.Participate in parent-teacher meetings and school reporting sessions.Collaboration & Professional Growth:Work collaboratively with colleagues to integrate English learning across the curriculum.Engage in continuous professional development, workshops, and school activities.Standards Compliance:Ensure alignment with ADEK teaching standards, curriculum requirements, and school policies.RequirementsRequirements:
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience teaching English at the school level.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field; teaching license/certification preferred.
- Language: English Language.
- ADEK Approval: ADEK approval or appointment letter (preferred).
