Jumeirah Beach Hotel is looking for an Executive to join its J-Club Membership Health Club team. This role is responsible for managing daily health club operations, leading fitness and front desk staff, and ensuring exceptional member experiences in a luxury environment.Employment Overview

- Oversee daily operations of the health club, including opening and closing, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance.
- Lead and support a team of fitness instructors, personal trainers, and front desk staff to ensure outstanding service.
- Build strong relationships with members, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Plan, promote, and coordinate fitness classes, workshops, and wellness programs tailored to member needs.
- Manage personal training services by matching members with trainers and ensuring quality service delivery.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety standards through regular inspections and corrective actions.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
