Job description: Responsibilities:Receiving & Verification: Responsible for accurate and timely receiving of all goods (F&B) as per approved LPOs. Ensure all items are checked against specifications – including quantity, brand name, packaging, unit price, expiry dates, temperature logs, and quality. Ensure scanned invoices are sent to Client Cost Control team by end of day for matching and interface with Accounts Payable (AP). Items should be stored following FIFO and category-wise for inventory and expiry tracking.Invoice Accuracy & Coordination: Ensure all posted supplier invoices are accurate. Validate invoices against received goods and LPOs. Submit original and scanned invoices to Cost Control for further verification. Notify Procurement about pending/balance items before 2:00 PM daily and ensure follow-up.Food Safety & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to HACCP guidelines and Dubai Municipality Food Hygiene & Safety regulations during receiving. Prepare Goods Rejection Reports, notify relevant departments for quality concerns, and maintain proper documentation (Temperature File, Rejection File, Vehicle Approval File).Inventory Participation: Participate actively in monthly inventory counts in collaboration with the F&B Cost Control team. Ensure proper organization and FIFO in storage to assist in efficient inventory-taking.Record Management: Track all supplier invoices and ensure proper monthly filing and handover to AP/Finance for audit and payment processing.Stakeholder Coordination: Maintain close coordination with Procurement and Cost Control departments regarding any supplier or receiving issues to ensure smooth supply chain operations.Backup Support: Support store operations and assist the Store team in Storekeeper’s absence. Also provide assistance during beverage issues and urgent store requirements.Required SkillsBachelor of Commerce or Finance Related.Minimum 5-year Experience in an administrative capacity in a medium or large size company in this position is preferred.Basic Computer literacy is a must.Working knowledge in MS Office, FMC, ADACO, ERP, RMC, and Symphony JBR &Net viewpoint is preferred.Good communication skills both at speaking and writing.Possess the ability to give attention to details.System use and customer service training attended.Intermediate Computer Skills

Expected salary: 5000 per month
