- Working Days: 5 days of working 2 days Off (Saturday and Sunday) 2 Days Working from home
- Working hours: 8 hours of Duty which includes one hour of break (Shift Based)
- Start Date: Immediate to 30 days
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of customer-reported issues, analyze root causes, and apply effective solutions within the allowed average handling time (AHT).
- Deliver technical support via phone or virtual platforms, ensuring high-quality customer experience and issue resolution.
- Conduct thorough troubleshooting, identify resolutions, and follow up to ensure problems are fully resolved.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams by following standard operating procedures.
- Accurately document actions taken during support calls in systems like Motive, UCMS, or MSD.
Requirements :
- UAE National with a valid Family Book
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – both in Arabic and English
- Bachelor’s degree in, Computer Science/ Engineering, Telecommunications, Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related field.
