Deliver courteous, professional, and efficient service in line with Rixos Standards of Performance.
Be flexible to rotate across various Food & Beverage sub-departments or other hotel areas as required.
Follow opening and closing procedures for assigned work areas.
Demonstrate detailed menu knowledge, recommending food and beverage pairings and upselling alternatives.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace at all times.
Handle guest inquiries courteously and resolve issues promptly or escalate to management.
Monitor and minimize operating supply wastage.
Assist with periodic inventory checks of operating equipment.
Adhere to HACCP and other hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
Participate in training sessions, meetings, and cross-departmental assignments.Ideal Profile
Diploma or degree in hospitality or relevant vocational training.
Fresh graduates or those with up to 1 year of experience in a 4-5 star hotel are encouraged to apply.
Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Knowledge of HACCP standards and commitment to hygiene compliance.
