  • Manage group bookings and ensure smooth arrival and departure processes
  • Handle incoming phone calls and guest email inquiries in a courteous, professional manner
  • Provide accurate information on rates, facilities, spa, health club, experiences, and tours
  • Apply upselling techniques to create value and enhance guest satisfaction
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of hotel services, programs, and reservations
  • Deliver warm, professional, and personalized guest service in line with Jumeirah standards
  • Ensure service excellence while promoting engagement and loyalty among frequent travelers

Ideal Profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality or guest services, with exposure to luxury environments preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in retail or cash handling
  • Strong customer service orientation and commitment to personalized service
  • Professional appearance aligned with Jumeirah grooming standards
  • High emotional intelligence with ability to manage guest emotions and build loyalty
  • Excellent communication skills and adaptability in multicultural settings
