The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with NAS and PBX systems, a valid UAE driving license, and the ability to support on-site IT infrastructure.Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Manage and support NAS (Network Attached Storage) systems for data backup, archiving, and file sharing.
- Configure and troubleshoot PBX/VOIP telephone systems (Avaya, Cisco, Panasonic, etc.).
- Provide on-site support to clients or branches across UAE as required.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure network availability.
- Maintain network documentation and update configurations.
- Respond to support tickets and escalate issues as needed.
- Ensure network security protocols are followed and updated.
RequirementsRequirements:
- Proven experience as a Network Engineer or similar role.
- Strong experience with NAS systems (e.g., Synology, QNAP).
- Proficient in PBX setup, configuration, and maintenance.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Expected salary: 4000 per month
