The IT Support Engineer – Dicetek Sharjah will lead and support the migration from Windows 10 to Windows 11 across the organization. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Windows 11 environments
- Assist with migration from Windows 10 to Windows 11, ensuring data integrity and smooth user transition
- Configure and optimize user devices and related applications for performance and reliability
- Create documentation, guides, and user training materials for the new operating system
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices
- Provide ongoing end-user support and resolve incidents promptly
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
- Proven experience in IT support with practical expertise in Windows 11 deployments
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration, deployment, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and endpoint management tools
- Good problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
