- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the serving team during each shift.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings on specials, events, and procedural updates.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and cleanliness standards.
- Train, mentor, and guide new servers on service techniques and policies.
- Resolve guest complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for smooth food preparation and timely service.
- Manage reservations and optimize seating arrangements to maximize capacity.
- Assist in inventory control and ordering supplies as required.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of menu items, specials, and wine pairings.
- Uphold UAE hospitality service standards and cultural sensitivity at all times.
Ideal Profile
- 3-5 years of experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality settings.
- Proven supervisory or leadership experience in food service.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Effective communication in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
- Skilled in POS systems and restaurant management software.
- Food Safety and Alcohol Service Certifications required.
- Knowledge of fine dining etiquette, service standards, and wine pairing.
- Physically fit with stamina to stand long hours and lift up to 25 lbs.
- High school diploma required; degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
