Job description: MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS MANAGERWe are currently seeking a talented Marketing and Communications specialist for a small property in Dubai. TheMarketing and Communications Manager willdevelop and oversees marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and public image. This will suit somone that has a passion for being creative, has high energy and a great personality.A bit about the role:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing and communication strategies and plans that align with business objectives and brand identity.
- Create and oversee the creation of impactful content, including press releases, articles, blog posts, website copy, social media updates, and marketing collateral.
- Plan, execute, and manage marketing and communication campaigns across various channels to promote products, services, and the property.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and a positive public image by overseeing all communications touchpoints.
- Manage media relations, including drafting press releases, organizing events, and fostering relationships with media outlets
- Work closely with other departments to ensure marketing and communication efforts are aligned with broader corporate goals
- Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using data and insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
Ideal candidate:
- 5 – 10 years of experience in marketing and communications
- Excellent Communication -Strong written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and public speaking
- Strong analytical mindset to interpret data and measure campaign performance.
- Experience with social media, email marketing, content management, and digital advertising.
Salary Package: AED15 000 – 20 000 depending on skills and experience
Expected salary: 15000 per month
