Job description: Position: Mathematics Arab Speaker with IELTS 6.5 (ADEK Approved)Location: Al Ain, UAEStart Date: ImmediateSummary:A reputable school in Al Ain is looking for a dedicated and qualified Arab Speaker Mathematics Teacher to provide exceptional math instruction and enhance students’ analytical and problem-solving abilities. The successful candidate will employ innovative teaching methods to make mathematics engaging and accessible to students of varying levels.Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Planning: Develop and deliver structured lessons aligned with the curriculum, covering essential mathematical topics such as algebra, geometry, statistics, and arithmetic.
- Interactive Instruction: Utilize real-life examples, visual aids, digital tools, and group activities to boost student engagement and comprehension.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Conduct regular assessments through quizzes, assignments, and exams, offering constructive feedback to students.
- Individual Support: Recognize and address individual learning needs, adapting teaching methods to ensure effective student progress.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a focused, respectful, and safe classroom environment that supports academic achievement.
- Parent Communication: Keep parents updated on their children’s academic progress and behavioral development.
- Professional Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow teachers and school staff to promote cross-disciplinary learning and participate in academic events.
- Standards Compliance: Follow ADEK teaching standards, school policies, and safety protocols.
RequirementsRequirements:
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience teaching mathematics at the school level.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field; teaching license/certification preferred.
- Language: Arabic Speaking and English fluency is a plus.
- ADEK Approval: ADEK approval or appointment letter (preferred).
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of math concepts and curriculum standards
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and encourage logical thinking
- Effective communication and classroom management skills
- Patience, adaptability, and a student-centered teaching approach
